Why do I operate this way? Look beneath the behavior to the beliefs and fears driving it.
03 - Identity
Who am I beyond what I do? Separate who you are from what you carry and accomplish.
04 - Alignment
Is how I live matching what I know is true? Find the gap between what you know and how you live.
05 - Choice
What will I choose differently? Move from automatic patterns to intentional choices rooted in truth and faith.

Eight to ten women who understand what it is to be the one others count on. Through teaching, reflection, conversation, and prayer, you will hear yourself think and see what you could not see alone.
